Express Shipping and freight are the transportation of goods either by air, land, or sea. Although Express shipping and freight are both used to describe the bulk transportation of goods,
Freight always refers to a larger quantity of goods while Express shipping can refer to a small or large amount. Freight denotes commercial purposes.
Shipping methods:
1- Land Shipping Service:
Mostly used for local shipping services and for neighbor countries.
(Motorcycles, Cars, Truck [Normal & refrigerated], Railway)
2- Air Shipping Service:
From pickup to delivery, the process is straight forward.
Once the freight is loaded in location A, the carrier will tender the shipment to the airport, where it will be put onto a plane.
When the shipment arrives at the destination airport (Country Airport of location B).two ways of delivering the goods to its final destination as listed below:
a- Door To Door:
In this service the goods will be shipped from the door of location A and delivered to the final destination location B.
b- Door To Airport:
The goods will be shipped from the location A and shipped to the airport of the designated country of location B.
3- Sea Shipping:
In ocean freight shipping, goods are loaded in location A & packed in shipping containers, the freight forwarder books container or space with the shipping agent. Shipment moves to the port and passes through customs at the point of origin.
The goods are delivered to the receiver either in the same container or on pallets to final destination location B.
o Sea shipping includes three Types:
1- Full Container : fully loaded container delivered from Location A To Location B
2- Full Container Refine (Refrigerated).Temperature controlled specially in hot weathers or in case of sensitive goods ( Food and Beverage, Skin Care, Organic Products)
3- LCL: Less than Container Load, in case of one pallets or small orders we can reserve the needed CBM as the goods measurements.
